Warrior Weekend..Turkey Season?

Ok...so I'm not back in Georgia...YET!!! But I hear mom plannin' (seems my runaway scheme worked) and when she's plannin' she's sayin' I am driving her nuts...funny...I don't drive, but..umkay!

So this weekend me and BratFace (aka Georgia) met up with my ATL posse and headed to Fort Campbell to russle up some birds. We got to put on a show for some guys who fight for my freedom (to run off from mom..hahaha) and have come back with some owwwwwieeeess!!!

Well, I got my gameface on and showed 'em I ain't gonna mess with no quail, no chukkar....no sir. Today, I hunted me some TURKEY!!!

Yep, found a fat covey of turkey and my wingman (get it...) Bart had my back (attaboy Bart). Together we gave 'em a show. CHA--CHING!!!

Oh...and BTW Mr Jamie....I was steady as a rock....another move in my ploy to move back to Georgia.

Then..to the jacuzzi....to cool my jets!!

Then for a photo-op with mom....whom I wuff....but we had our summer together and I became a mom too....

Well, now that the Tagalong pups have flown the coup (except for one little hock biter), I decided it was time to get down to bizness again and drive mom soooo crazy, she sends me back to Georgia (and not hock-biter Georgia). So aside from the ripping of plastic drainspouts in the backyard, the occassional bunny chasing, I decided to try the top of the line...bad girl move....

...and when we went for a run.....I took off.

Outta sight.....outta the park!!! I ran and ran and ran...BOY was mom HACKED OFF!!! heeeeheeeheheheheeee....

Seems Bela and Thyme were a little upset too, since they had to be put back in the truck so mom could come look for me. I thought the tongue lashing was sooooo worth it when I came back..I was FREEEEEEEEEE....and maybe, just maybe...NOW..I'll get to go back to Peachy Poo!!!

And then there were 6...

Dosi & Mintz have joined their new families and the remaining 6 enjoy a "dog day" of summer...in the heat and humidity.
